Welcome, Student Ministry Leaders! This page is your starting point for bringing a group to Church Camp. Begin by visiting the About page to understand the purpose and expectations of camp. Then, use the Important Links page to access the Church Leader Registration Guide, required forms, registration links, Statement of Faith, and other helpful resources.

The registration process begins with submitting your church deposit, followed by the intentional selection and personal interview of each student. Once approved, every student and sponsor must complete an individual online registration. Before camp, group leaders will verify their final roster, submit the remaining balance and required forms, and confirm that all sponsor background-check requirements have been met.

We’re also excited to offer a designated time of fellowship for student ministry leaders at Church Camp 2027. This will be an opportunity to connect, encourage one another, and build relationships with other leaders serving students through the local church.
